This week's theme is "Little White Dress" which is a perfect summer alternative to the LBD. Although I must admit, I don't wear white. Whenever I do some stain always ends up on my pretty white whatever it is. For me white is a magnet for spills and stains so I rarely buy white clothes.
The only white dress I've bought was for my Sorority's ritual events. And the next white dress I buy will probably be my wedding dress but I will be armed with quick stain fighters that wedding planners have in their arsenal.
For this Friday's Fancies I looked for a perfect white dress but none spoke to me except this DVF one. Granted it's not completely white but it came up on the search when I clicked the white color option so it works. I saw it and fell in love.
I want it in my closet NOW! Too bad I spent a fortune on books for school(about $575 and still have 4 more to buy :'-[ ). If it wasn't for it being my dream school for my dream profession, I'd have a problem.
And since I'm dreaming here I paired the dress with the ever coveted Hermes Birkin bag. Don't bother going into a store to look at one because they won't let you touch it(I know because my mom asked to see one). You can only admire it while it sits on the top shelf. And if you're really serious you can order one. I'm not sure if I really want one or not but I'd love to have the money to buy one. Sigh.

Super combination! Love the patterned creamy dress, my favorite! Wow, never heard ( till now ) or seen that they won't let you try the bag or whatever products in store... Thanks for stopping by my blog! I love the outfit you put together. I have a white linen skirt that I wear and pray that it doesn't get stained...I also have white espadrilles that I had to hand wash, lol. Cracks me up about not being able to touch the Birkin bag!

I'm absolutely in love with orange this year...I think I used to steer clear of it because I was afraid of looking like a traffic cone, but orange accessories are just too fab to resist! Awesome ensemble!
